Maya, our AI assistant, provides general guidance on destinations, visas, budgets, and travel planning — she is not a substitute for confirmed pricing, availability, or official visa determinations, all of which are handled by our human team and the relevant official authorities.
No guarantees on visas or approvals

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate — we do not guarantee visa approval for any destination, and nothing Maya or our team says should be read as such a guarantee.
